Letters from Br. Błażej: Night 354

Yesterday morning was calm and serene in our area, sunny. Thank God. I survived that night on the train. From Vinnytsia I came to Przemysl. With God’s help, I’m going to Krakow-Olszanica.

The Word… The fruit of love is life. “Adam drew near to his wife, Eve. And she conceived and gave birth to Cain…”
The fruit of sin is death. Cain kills his brother Abel. “The Lord asked Cain: ‘Why are you sad and why is your face grim? After all, if you do well, you would have a cheerful face; but if you do not do well, sin lies at the gate and lurks, and yet you are supposed to rule over it.’”
War, is the fruit of sin, a departure from the source of love, from God. Peace, is the fruit of an intimate relationship with God, who is love.
God is love. God loves you.

We live in a war, we do not live by war.
