Letters from Br. Błażej: Night 247

A new day. We are alive. God is merciful once again. In the evening long hours in the dark without electricity. God, give us peace.

The Word… “Christ will be glorified in my body: whether by life or by death. For to me to live—is Christ, and to die—is gain”. This Word touches me, not because I live it, but because it surpasses me.

I have one desire, for the Word to be fulfilled in me, but not by my own strength, desire, but by the work of the Holy Spirit Himself. And this is the good news, not by my power, but by the power of the Spirit Himself. God is love.

We live in a war, we do not live by war.
